I was lucky enough to check out tonight's Lunar Eclipse. It was quite beautiful but was very quick. It was supposed to start at 7:43pm (cst) and end somewhere after 10. When I looked-a bunch of us were leaving church from choir practice-it was 8:50 and the moon was almost completely eclipsed! From what I understood that wasn't supposed to happen until 9:26. Oh well, at least I saw the eclipse itself. I then called my mom and my son and made sure they saw it.
If you missed it, don't worry, a Solar Eclipse should be coming in mid-August along with a partial lunar. So, look out for it!
