This may be a little late in the season, but we've been coming home the past couple of days and all we smell are BBQ coals going. In fact, someone had theirs started at 10 am in the morning! Now what on earth could you cook up at 10 o'clock in the morning?
I'm not a grilling buff so there must be something that has to be on the grill for several hours to get just the right flavor. Don't ask me though. I did look up and I found some delicious looking recipes on the Food Network Channel which looked said were easy.
